Family at Heim:
- Melissandra Blick (Mel): Founder, background in construction, administrative head. Mom.
- Jessica Flatwright (Jess): Head of construction division in place of Mel. Mom.
- Phillach Vortyz (Phil): Secretarial & financial work, accountant. Dad.
- Raleigh Pelt (Ray): Oversees mechanical repair work. Dad.
- Jagriff Quince (Jag): Manages in-house fabrication/manufacturing floor. Parental figure, but just “Jag.”
- Minnow: Does similar mechanical/electrical repair work to SCSI, so they get called in together for two-person jobs. Halfway between a cousin and a coworker.
Family from Sparkheart experiment:
- Ether: Oldest, first to undergo the experiment. Year or two older than SCSI. Liver was replaced. Elder-sibling type. Manifested little-to-no electrical capabilities.
- RAID-01 (raid-one) & RAID-10 (raid-ten), slightly younger than SCSI. Lungs were replaced (one on each). Could use some weak lightning exhalation, as long as they were holding hands.
- PCIe (pee-kai), youngest one. Barely more than a toddler. Spinal cord was replaced, which should’ve yielded the most results, but ended up manifesting mostly as mildly enhanced reflexes.
Note that being forcibly separated from their only family at such a young age definitely hurt SCSI more than they really remember or have reckoned with.
