Twelve Legends
A set of legendary adventurers and heroes who made names for themselves eliminating existential threats to Io over the past fifty years. Tales of their exploits are sung across the land (popularized by Belwyn, a revolutionary figure in bardic circles), although they have been less active in recent years. They are known thus:

- Fernando Amantes, The Lord of the Plains
- Orrel Slim, Guildmaster
- Zyl Blanche, The Wyrmtouched, The Azure Dragon of Aqaba
- Silverstone Twillspun, The Dusk Goddess
- Penitence Glow-Worm, The White Guiding Star
Grand Dukes
The seven dukes who are individually responsible for mediating regional disputes between provinces in Cirrhonia, as well as for presiding over the Grand Trials. Currently, they are:

- Grand Duke Styx-Trellis Fenway
- Grand Duke Arboreta Tann
- Grand Duke Reba Amantes
- Grand Duke Ichabod Phante
- Grand Duke Delfyn Far-Wrought
- Grand Duke and current Chair of the Grand Counsel, Francine Rai
Oracles of Theanill
The Oracles are those few in the Church of Kuyutha who have the highest honor and responsibility of interacting with Theanill herself on a regular basis. Three of them are well-known even outside the Divine Kingdom:
- Oracle Andra, Chief Priestess
- Oracle Balta, High Templar
- Oracle Celeste, Herald of Kuyutha
Imperial Army
Tag Shogun: The leader of the Taguzen Shogunate, and by virtue of the Shogunate’s ranking system, the single strongest person in the entire nation. They are rarely seen outside the Shogunate’s territory, so most know little about them.
